Our 30-Day Guarantee
We want every guest to leave the table satisfied. À La Gym LLC offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on all memberships and one-time orders. If you're not happy with your experience, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.
How to Request a Refund
Refunds are processed by our Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request one:
- Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email on the receipt, or
- Contact us through the support link on our site and we'll help you sort it out.
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Timing depends on your bank, but usually 5–10 business days.
Subscriptions
You can cancel a recurring plan at any time from the customer portal linked in your account, or via Paddle. Cancellation stops future billing; you keep access until the end of the current billing period.
